When do i contact the Customer?

The Taulia platform allows you to see and receive the details of your invoice and payment within your Customers accounting system. All business processes remain unchanged.

As a general guideline, You should contact your Customer if:
  1. You have issues or questions about an invoice in the portal (e.g. invoice status, invoice details etc.)
  2. You have issues or questions about an invoice NOT in the portal already submitted
  3. You have questions about a payment you received.
  4. You have questions about your company data.
