When do i contact the Customer?
The
Taulia platform allows you to see and receive the details of your invoice and
payment within your Customers accounting system. All business processes
remain unchanged.
As a general guideline, You should contact your Customer if:
- You have issues or questions about
an invoice in the portal (e.g. invoice status, invoice details etc.)
- You have issues or questions
about an invoice NOT in the portal already submitted
- You have questions about a
payment you received.
- You have questions about your
company data.
