Please Wait... message appears in Verify after converting a PDF file

The following message appears in Verify instead of the invoice image

Answer / Solution: 

Unfortunately, this is not something we can handle as it is not a true PDF.

It is a Dynamic XFA Form. Please have a look at this link

As you will see it is not possible for any converter to get the image structure.

If you look at the properties of your PDF and see that it was created by Adobe LiveCycle then it is not possible to convert this image

Unfortunately, you will need to ask the supplier to change the program which is creating the file as we cannot get this image into the system
